About this Vikings word search

The Vikings were seafaring Norse people from Scandinavia — the lands that became Norway, Sweden and Denmark — whose age of exploration and raiding ran from roughly 793 to 1066. Far more than the raiders of legend, they were also brilliant shipbuilders, traders, farmers and settlers who sailed astonishing distances in their sleek longships, reaching Britain, the rivers of Russia, the coast of North America and the icy edges of the known world some five centuries before Columbus.
